*A cubic yard is 3’w x 3’h x 3’d. Every additional cubic yard of debris will be billed at $40/cubic yard.

Our Junk Removal and Property Cleanout/Cleaning Process:
- Services: Junk Removal, Interior and Exterior debris removal, carpet removal, Move-in & Move–out cleaning, and deodorization.
- Truck: JT Stewart Enterprises owns and operates its own 15’ truck. Our truck holds approximately 16 cubic yards or the equivalent of about 8 full size pickup truck loads.
- Cleanout Includes: Debris removal, remove nails in walls, remove unwanted shelving and brackets, remove window treatments if needed, broom sweep and remove cob webs in cleanout areas.
- Cleaning Includes: Debris removal, remove nails in walls, remove unwanted shelving and brackets, remove window treatments is needed, broom sweep and remove cob webs, basic wipe down of appliances, wipe cabinets and countertops, clean sinks, tub, and toilets. Clean all interior windows and reachable exterior windows. Vacuum carpeted areas and mop all other floors. Air fresheners, deodorization, carpet removal and Smoke detector installation or change batteries or bulbs can be done for additional charge.

I highly recommend this company. I dealt with Jim and he was very professional and friendly. I had a house that needed clean up and junk hauled away inside and out and they did an excellent job and in the short time frame I needed.
